Role: Production Operations Lead

Overview:

Served as Production Operations Lead for Afterlife Miami, a two-day electronic music event during Miami Music Week. Oversaw end-to-end operational management, including site build, staging, lighting, A/V, artist hospitality, guest flow, safety protocols, and vendor coordination. Collaborated with international creative teams and technical crews to deliver Afterlife’s signature immersive production experience for 30,000+ attendees over two nights.

Key Achievements:

  • Directed 100+ crew and vendors through load-in, show execution, and load-out

  • Integrated Afterlife’s complex stage design and large-scale immersive visuals into the Miami Marine Stadium site

  • Delivered a premium guest experience for 10,000+ attendees per night

  • Maintained operational efficiency while meeting stringent creative and safety standards
